The cost of advertising with us is just
£89.99 per year for your first property and
£20 per year for any additional properties up to a maximum of 4 properties. If you require to add more than 4 properties please contact us for prices. We charge one price for your listing. We do not charge any extras for photos/ski/golf listings etc, the only extra charge would be if you wanted to advertise your property as featured (main page)!Featured "front page" advertising costs: just £15 per week, or £45 per calendar month (includes 25% discount).
If you have a property advertised elswhere and don't have the time we can copy the details across for you for a £10 fee.
Prices are plus VAT @ 17.5% for UK residents. EU residents do not pay VAT if the advertisement is placed for business purposes. Residents outside the EU do not pay UK VAT.
All payments will be charged to your card statement in your own currency.
If you require a VAT invoice, please request one from sales@holidayhomelistings.com, stating your name and Google checkout invoice number.
Advert
You get to add up to 8 photographs to your advert as part of your subscription. You have a unique user login where you can add extra properties or edit any part of your existing property advert. Included is an easy to manage availability calendar, with just 2 clicks to confirm a rental period. You can also add a link to your personal website for free. A Google map integrated into your advert, this gives potential clients an opportunity to see exactly where the property is located. We also offer you the possibility to enhance your own advert in search engine results by giving you control over "meta" description and keywords in each property you advertise. If you would like your advert to feature on the home page please email sales with your name and property address and property number. We will invoice you for the total cost, and when this has been paid your advert will appear in rotation on the main page, be seen by thousands of extra visitors. Adding your property
Add your property today, it takes just 15 minutes for your property to be live on our site, it’s a fully automated system, however we are available by telephone and email support if you need any assistance.
