Your property

Can I get help adding my property advert

Yes, login to your account, you will see a pdf help document. If you are still having problems please contact support@holidayhomelistings on the contact page.

Where do I find my property id number

Login to your account, then click the "edit my property" button. The second item is "holiday home ref", this is the property id.

The google map does not show the exact location of my property

The best way to get the exact position of your property in the Google map is as follows.

Go to Google maps
Find you property location
Right click, and select "directions from here"
Look in the top left corner "start address"
Copy these numbers, these are "longitude and latitude"
Login to your account, go to - edit my property, property details
Paste these numbers into your property postcode text box
Click the save button

Your Google map should now have the correct location of your property.

If you are still having problems, send your account name, property id and a screenshot of the location of the property to support@holidayhomelistings.com and we will do this for you.

I cannot see the town that my property is located in the list of towns on the website. How can I add my property.

When you add a property you can add a new region or town if yours is not in the available list

I have a feature at my property that I cannot add as it is not in the available options when adding my property

Please email support@holidayhomelistings.com we can add any option to the available sections such as internal, external, activity suitability etc.

Sales

I would like to display a property on the front page

Please send an email to sales@holidayhomelistings.com stating your member name, the property id of the property you wish to show on the front page and how long you wish to promote the property.

We will email an invoice to you with a link to pay for your front page promotion, as soon as we receive payment your property will be added to the front page.

Do you charge extra for Ski and Golf listings

A lot of our competitors charge extra for this, we do not. We believe in charging a single price for you advert with no extra to pay apart from front page promotion.

I do not have a Google account, how do I pay

You can easily create a Google account at the checkout. We will be adding more payments options shortly.

Can I create a "Special offer" pricing for my advert.

Yes. You can add a special offer to any property, it is displayed on search results that feature your property and on the advert itself under the rental prices highlighted in bold red. We charge £5 to add the "special offer text " this is left on until you ask for it to be removed. If you require this service, please email sales@holidayhomelistings.com, stating your 'name' and 'property name and number' we will send you a google invoice.
