Property rental Conditions
The rental period shall commence at Saturday at 4.00pm on the
first day & leave by Saturday 10.00am on the final day unless previously agreed. The owners shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.
The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed 6 people unless the owners have given permission.
All Bed linen, house towels, logs & electricity are included.
Non-fundable deposit of 30% is payable with the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental.
A security deposit of £100 per booking issued on a separate cheque is required with your balance & will be returned within 24 hours of your departure. The security deposit is to cover any damage to the property or it’s contents.
Breakages must be reported to the owner & replaces where possible.
The Owners shall not be liable to the Client:
For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of any public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant machinery or appliance in the property or garden.
For any loss, damage or injury which is the result of ad
