Property rental Conditions
Payment Policy: All Rates In British Pounds. A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, there is a fee equal to the deposit of 30%. For cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the balance of the holiday is due. Travel insurance is advised. should you cancel, Huel Tristram cottage will do all that it can to re let the holiday. If they are successful any monies paid less an administration fee of £50 will be returned to you.

Huel Tristram Cottage is totally non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed in Huel Tristram Cottage.
Any children must be supervised at all times.
