Property rental Conditions
*A 25% deposit holds your booking with the balance payment due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
*During the summer there is a minimum stay of 1 week, during the winter the minimum is 3 nights. Stays of less than 3 nights will be charged at 3 nights.
*A damage deposit of 150 euros is required.
* Arrival and Departure Times:We request that guests depart by 10am and don't arrive before 4pm unless by prior notification - obviously we are happy to be flexible if there is no changeover on that day.
*No smoking in the house.

The pool is situated in a delightful spot with ample surroundings for relaxing and simply chilling out.. Handy trees on opposite sides provide shade at different times of the day as well as the pergola. With a set of comfortable mesh chairs and two different types of sunloungers, your comfort is assured as you enjoy your peaceful holiday.
The garden room's furniture can easily be moved outside onto the screened patio space or under the shade of the mature weeping pepper tree.
Just a few steps away from the kitchen sitting area is the rustic BBQ. (There is another BBQ down by the pool) No holiday in Spain would be complete without some barbecues! Enjoy rustling up some fresh fish or succulent steaks for dinner on this great BBQ. Food just tastes so good in the fresh air - particularly at Finca Fantastica!
