A historical villa , on the hils of Lake Garda, remained untouched since 1800, far from the crowd and the noise, but close to the lake and the life, overlooking an 18 holes golf course.

At 250 m above lake Garda, over a beautiful 18 holes golf course, with a wonderful sightseeing of the whole lake, distant only 5 minutes, Cervano used to be the heart of a large property where olive oil and wine were produced since 1818. Recently restructured(2008)in its most historical part, Cervano Villa can represent the best choice for an international traveller who wants to visit Northern Italy in absolute relax. In the middle of the Padana plan, over the hills of the lake Garda, is equally distant from Milan and Venice (90 miles), at 30 Miles from Verona and Brescia,40 from Trento and 55 from Mantua. The 18 holes Bogliaco Golf course is just outside the gate of the property and our guests are entitled to a 10 % discount on the green fee.
